    Need first cycle advice.

Hey everyone, Hate to be the newbie asking for advice but here I am.

In a month im going to Bangkok for 30 days and while im there I'm thinking of doing my first cycle. Problem is I don't know what products I can get over the counter over there and I don't know if 4 weeks is enough to see a decent result.

Let me start off by giving some of my info.

    Age- 25
    Height- 6'1
    Weight- 190lb
    Bf%- no more then 14%
    Years training- 2 years

I've been working heavy construction for 8 years now, I do physical heavy lifting for 10 hours a day so im fairly confident my joints and tendons will be able to take a cycle.

    My diet goes as followed
    5am : 2 eggs,bacon,toast
9am : coldcuts sandwitch, some fruits
12pm : coldcuts sandwitch, some fruits
4pm : Protein shake , bagel with butter
7pm : Dinner is pritty much a big serving of what I feel like cooking.
10pm : Protein shake before bed.

I Tried giving as much background of myself as possible, With this info im hoping someone can give me some good advice of what over the counter product I should take for a 4 week cycle. My goal is to bulk up a little, I'm not expecting much to come from 4 week cycle. My PCT will be done at the appropriate time when I get back from my trip.

Hey bro, welcome to the AR.

4wks is not long enough to run an effective cycle and you've got a lot of work to do on your diet before considering a cycle IMO. Based on your diet, you have some natural growth that would take place by cleaning that up.

Your diet needs alot of work Imo. Post it up in the diet section for critique, If your nutrition isn't good whilst cycling your results will definately not be optimal

Looks like everyone has got it covered already. You just need to get started on a good bulking diet if your goal is to bulk, you will be amazed at the results you gain from that alone.

    Bad diet

Yea I realize my diet isn't the greatest, Basicly I just try to give my body fuel to get though the day(due to occupation).
Even if I do clean up my diet, Is it a waste of money to go on a 4 week cycle? or is it worth a shot.
Keep in mind I would be happy even with the minimal of resualts.

    BTW thanks for the

Four weeks wouldnt be worth while in my opinion. Brother if you improve your diet you could see some decent gains and then maybe consider aas?

    Good luck with your goals

You bet man. Considering what you do and being outdoors, etc. instead of packing cold cut sandwiches and bagels, pre-cook and pack better meals.. chicken breasts, steak, fish, rice, veggies..

    Good luck,
