Hi there my name is Stefan, i've just signed up about a day and im loving this site and its wealth of knowledge it has. I plan on doing a cycle in about 6months once i reach single bodyfat % and club bulk for at least 2months or so to get my metabolism up to pace. I have been lifting for about 2-3years, and have gotten reasonable gains. Went from 6ft3 190 with about 25% to 6ft3 220 with 15% bf, and I am 19. For the time being i thought i would reasearch and absorb as much info as i can from you guys. thanks.
