Run a few test only cycles previously and just used nolva as and when I thought my nips were tender/sensitive, but this time thought I'd incorporate an ai as it is recommended.
I'm currently in week two, and i've noticed my nips are a little tender/sensitive, my right one seems a tiny bit puffy compared to my left, and I'm also getting a little bit of pain from my right side, not all localised to ny nip though. Not sure if some of this is in my head . . . but have upped the adex to 0.5 ed and started nolva 20mg ed. Any suggestions welcome here?
Now I'm concerned about prolactin also, though I thought it was unlikely at that dose, I have prami on hand just didn't want to be taking soo many ancillaries, should I wait it till the extra adex stabilises? Is there anything else I could look at to distinguish where the sides are coming from . . . I have some facial bloat also? Libido/sex perf seem fine.
