Ok,I'm gonna KISS(keep it short and simple)not to make anyone who wants to help me tired.Since last year i have lost around 45 lbs and i am now down to 154lbs.However (as an endomorph) i still have some fat around my waist which i want to get rid of.So,i'm going to start a clenbuterol/eca cycle.
At the moment I am still doing my research on the substances.I was wondering though if you could check out the diet i'm going to follow.This is how it is...Keep in mind that i've got no extra muscle mass to preserve so i'm going low on all calories including protein.
1st meal:50 gr of oats with 150 ml of low fat milk
2nd meal:200 gr of chicken breast or some other type of meat(e.g. beef chop,turkey etc...)with vegetables
3rd meal:100 gr of tuna
4th meal: one low fat yogurt
So,what do you think?
