safe to around 15% or under is a good practice. but i have done numerous cycles at 18% without having any estro sides
For me personally, I wouldn't do it again until i'm 10% or less.

I agree that sub 15% is perfectly acceptable but you simply can't get the most out of your cycle if you're not already very shredded, imo. It's much easier to pack on the LBM with tons of clean food and eat your way through a successful PCT if the worst case scenario is that you lose your 6-pack in the process; not gain love handles or a big moon face.
most bodybuilders these days end there bulk phases when they hit 15%, anything higher requires to much time to lean out again for shows...
