clearing up acne scars on arms

Does anyone know what i can take to clear up some scars from acne on my arms n shoulders.

You can try Mederma. They sell it in drug stores and places such like Walmart and Target.

i got this prescription strength bleaching cream from the derm, and that stuff really helped me out. I dont think it necessarily shrinks the scar but will remove the dark purple or red coloring left after acne. I had pretty bad acne and this stuff helped clear me up after I already got rid of the acne with antibiotics. i also took retina micro to smooth out the skin.

i would say try some tanning if nothing else works..it will reduce the purple look and should make it alot less noticicable even after your tan fades...also the mederma that computer geek referenced i hear works pretty good and making them less noticable

Short of skin resurfacing or DOT laser treatments, I'd go with infrared therapy (some tanning salons have it), or stuff like Mederma works well for some folks too.
