Hey guys to start with here are my stats
Age - 23
Height - 6"2
Weight - 108kg
BF - Around 18%
Cycle History - 2 Previous Bulk Cycles (test/eq/dbol)
So about 4-5 months ago i finsihed a massive bulk cycle , put on a solid 10kg of mass but also with that come a bit of fat.. Prob went from around 13-14 up to about 18%. Its summer here in about 2 months time so i have setup this cut to try strip down as much as i can before then, without loosing my hard earnt muscle.
My proposed cycle will start next monday and consisit of
Week 1-8 Test Prop 500mg Shot EOD at dosage of 120mg
Week 1-2 Clen Start 100mcg up to around 180mcg depending on sides
Week 5-6 Clen Start 100mcg up to around 180mcg depending on sides
PCT starts 3 days after last shot of Prop
Week 9-12 Nolva 20mg Daily ( i would usually do nolva 20/20/40/40 but seems pointless for such a short cycle)
My diet will be roughly 2500 clean cals per day here is what it will look like
Breakfast - 50g whey, 1/2 cup oats, 1 full egg
Snack - 150g chicken breast , Brocoli , 1/4 cup unsalted peanuts
Lunch - 150g chicken breast , Green salad w/ half avocato
Pre workout - 1 banana , 50g whey
Post workout - 50g whey
Dinner - Steak/salmon , Broc oli
Before bed - Cassein whey 50g
Thats roughly 2570 cal 350g protin 60g carbs 90g fat
My goal is to drop to about 10-12% Body fat by end of cycle, i will be doing my normal training plan but also throwing in around 40min of cardio 5 days a week..
What do use guys think? Does everything look good too start this next week? opinions are much neeeded!
