Thanks Hawaiiinpride. I read the hard gainers thread and gonna try eat eating like a man first.
heres my diet 2bags oatmeal and coffee in morning 6am, whereever we stop for lunch usually chienese, pizza or some buffet, or some fast food like burgers or subs noon to 1. then dinner usually meat, ribs steak chicken or hot dogs 6-7 pm
I also drink alot of vfusion, like i said my diet sucks
