Anyone have any opinions or advice on this.

Cycle…
12 week test Prop. 100mg/ED (supposed to include winny from week 6 but funding stopped it). Anyway.

My proposed PCT…

HCG 2 times 500IU per week for the last three weeks of my cycle weeks 10, 11 and 12!
Note: Just for anyone who might not read correctly first time, this is the last three weeks ON CYCLE)

Three days clean of anything then PCT of

Tamox 40mg/ED first 10 days then 20mg/ED for 5-6 weeks in total
Tore 120mg/ED first 10 days then 60mg/ED for 5-6 weeks in total.

Advised to also include
Take D-Asparic Acid 12 days on, 12 days off.
If I can source it. (Is this legal can I just buy it in shops?)

Ashwanandgha Root Extract 3-4g/ED (Again as above can I just buy this)
