Right lads, wierd one for ya.
I've been getting a prickily type of pins and needles feeling all ove rmy body after working out and driking my new PWO shake. It consists of!!!
PWO)– Shake (protine, dextrose, 10g BCAA’s, 5g Beta-Alanine, 5g Creatine Mono, 5g Glutamine, 5g Omega-3).
Anyone know what might be causing this prickily feeling? Only lasts about an hour but it's quite uncomfortable!
