Hey guys im 20 years old and trying to get my bodybuilding back on track the past couple years been busy with the army I just recently got back from Iraq on April 1st ha what a date. Ive never competed before but I hope to get big enough and in competing shape around this time next year when im 21, heres little about me im around 210lbs right now im 5'9'' ive ran few cycles before just basic cycles in not going to write them out but ive done test e dbol cycles and a sust dbol cycle i saw some some good gains from them but as i said i got caught up in the army and kinda lost alot so getting it back im currently on a cycle ill post below im on the beginning of the 3rd week,and feeling strong and good i know alot of guys here frown upon guys who are under like 23 using aas but ive done it so please no haters haha, ive also picked up a trainer online who helps me out with my training, ive never had a trainer before so im starting slow having one on the internet ha I live in a small town so no real good bodybuolding trainers to actually goto the gym with ya but anyways heres the cycle im am currently running go ahead and critisize if youd like,

With this diet im going medium carb, low fat , high protein , high calories.
this is the diet as of now could possibly change during cycle.
Training
Currenlt I do cardio 5 days a week early in the morning once i wake up before meal 1 i go for 25 mins at 140bpm on the eliptical.
and since today is monday ill start with the workout i do on mondays also my training 5 day splits.
