    Proposed cycle

    Test e- 12 wks 350mg ew 175mg 2x a week .
    no dbol kicker just Test e solo.
    Adex .25mg e3days.
    HCG- final 4 weeks of cycle 250 ius e3days.

    PCT-Tore 60/60/60/40
    Nolva 40/40/20/20

    Diet- 500 cals over maintenance. Once desired weight is reached will eat at new maintenance.

    Goals-10 to 12 pounds lean muscle. Reduction of 2% bf.

    Stats:25age,190weight,6ft,12%bf.

    Now obviously this is a very light cycle. The reason for it, also the reason why im excluding dbol is I want only quality lean muscle. I box to stay in peak shape 3x a week, so I absolutely cannot afford to lose my hand speed,dexterity,flexibility,and endurance. Plain and simple I want to still move quick enough to lay down the A$$ whoopings I give out now. As far as all that goes how does this cycle look on paper for my above mentioned goals.

    Some will say its a light cycle but not me, i like it and you should easily reach your goals, you may not need the ai but sometimes its best to play it safe..

    You think it possible to go even lighter with this cycle and still reach my goals? Would you care to elaborate? I definately want to tread lightly into this world, being my goals are different from all out mass and strength. More like speed,endurance,and lean body mass. Maybe i could go every 4 days with the ai but I most likely will go as I see necessary.

    190weight,6ft,12%bf.

    if those stats are accurate, 350mg of test EW is as low as you can go to actually see any results, considering the cost of shutting your natural test production down.

    Those stats are as accurate as the Atomic clock. Remember with added Test comes added chances of sides. And if you read my entire post you would know the reasoning behind my considered dosage. Just curious have you ever ran 350mg a week so as you can attest to its effects on muscle building,or stamina, just curious?

    i have not run 350mg a week, yet! ...saving this dosage for my HRT

    if all you want is lean muscle maybe running something like Primobolan (if you live in europe u can get it) would be better.. just a thoguht read up on it your own.. Another recomendation would perhaps run Proviron along with the test if you are going to do test only.. Proviron increases the effectiveness of the Test considerably and makes your muscles a bit harder/tighter.. But as far as your goals go i think you will be fine with this cycle..

    I have considered other substances and still come back to just Test. I dont want to run into libido issues without it. Besides I love the fact that Test adds RBC's more oxygen in the blood = increased endurance. Thanks for the insight on Proviron I will definately look into it.

    You have to remember this, at the very most your body will produce about 50mgs of test every week so 350mgs is an awful lot compared to your natural production and if this is your first cycle then you will have great results as long as diet and training are spot on...
    Do not ask me for a source check.
