Does gyno come back during natural training?

I have a very mild form of gyno, a very small bump behind my nips and some very small bumps on the side of my chest.

Will training naturally make this worse?

    Thank you

You need to clarify your question, as you are not making sense.

Cycle history? Is this AAS-induced gyno? How long have you had it?

    etc...

    Thank you for replying!

I am just finished with a cycle of test 500 mg a week.

My last shot was 16 days ago.

I am starting clomid in 2 days.

I did not take nolva on cycle and i just noticed some small bumps on the inside side of my chest and two very small lumps underneath my nipples.

I started taking nolvadex two days ago 20 mg a day.

When I am all done with my cycle and plan on never doing one ever again. Will natural training aggravate the condition?

    Thank you!

No natural training will not aggrivate the condition.

You should have taken the nolva AS SOON as you saw gyno symptoms! Why didn't you? It sounds like you had it on hand.

It sounds like the gyno is just in its early stages, so you may be able to reverse it with a nolva and letro protocol.

I didnt really notice any symptoms. I shave my chest and i had an itchy chest but i didn't feel any bumps underneath the nipples or anything like that and it would go away for a bit. I am definitely a moron. I think its in its early stages as well. I'm pleased to hear that natural training will not aggravate the condition!

Thank you very much for your quick response! I greatly appreciate it!

yea letro may be the way to go, very strong but works. next time you might want to run an ai like aromasin throughout cycle.

BOTH!?!?!? BOTH!?!? That would be absolute overkill on your body, man!

Personally I prefer Aromasin because it is generally the safest, AND it disables the aromatase enzyme PERMANENTLY. Letro does not, which is why you can get rebound effects with letro. Pick one or the other. Letro itself is probably the strongest and best for gyno, while Aromasin itself is pretty damn strong.

so why would someone pick Letro if Aromasin can do the same thing, but even better and it's safer? Doesn't that leave Letro out?

Each AI has their own uses and pathways of mechanism in the body. Here is a quote from the Letro profile in the Steroid Profiles section of this forum:

How good is this compared with Aromasin and Arimidex, it’s too other main rivals? Well, In non-cellular systems, letrozole is 2-5 times more potent than anastrozole and exemestane in its inhibition of the aromatase enzyme and activity, and in cellular systems it is 10-20x more potent! It also lasts quite a long time in your body, but takes awhile to get going… Letrozole has a whopping 2-4 day (!) ½ life, and you need to take Letrozole for 60 days to get a steady blood plasma level (8).

Those are impressive numbers, but here’s one of the most interesting things about Letrozole:

    It may reduce/eliminate/reverse existing gynocomastia!

In a study conducted on mice (*no, I know it’s not perfect), gyno-like-changes in the mammary gland were totally destroyed ! Here’s a direct quote from that study:

“Our results also indicate aromatase overexpression-induced changes in mammary glands can be abrogated [destroyed] with very low concentrations of the aromatase inhibitor, letrozole.”(7)

In addition, I’ve used Letro to get rid of my own gyno, as has a friend of mine, and we both used it at a dose of 2.5mgs/day, tapering down to .25mgs/day, and then finally off….the gyno never returned in both our cases.
Letro can decrease serum estrogen levels by 98%, and Aromasin by 85%. Both strong enough to prevent any estrogenic side effects.

But it seems like Letro has the ability to somehow specifically target mammary gland tissue and destroy it. I don't know how or why, but this is something Letro has over Aromasin or Arimidex, making it your drug of choice if combating gyno is your main concern. It is possible Aromasin can do this as well, but we don't know because we have not seen it happen (neither in studies nor in anecdotal situations).
