Ok, So I have fixed my diet several times and it shows. I need to tweet it more.
I am trying to stay around 2000 calories per day. I have read many things like carbs per day should be no more then 1g per pound and protein should be about 2gs per lb. Im afraid to add more to this without increasing the calorie intake too much. what do you guys think?

19% bf ( +/- 1 or 2 %)
Typical Day
Breakfast:
5 or 6 eggs (1 whole egg, and the rest egg whites)
Slice of wheat toast
Mid morning:
Protein Shake( contains a strawberry or a banana)
27g protein
Lunch
**(This becomes hard because I am usually on the go)**
Ham sandwich with a slice of swiss on wheat bread
(I could probably change this to turkey)
Afternoon
Protein Shake( contains a strawberry or a banana)
27g protein
Dinner
Baked chicken with steamed mixed veggies or salad w/ fat free ranch
Snack
Cashews (usually salted)
