I've been trying to take Clen but I don't have any luck. When I was lifting I took it without any issues but I'm back training in MMA and the cramping makes it impossible to train. That being said I'm obviously not taking it anymore. The other sides from Clen haven't caused any issues but it's impossible to grapple with the leg cramping in my calvs. I'm taking 3000mg of Taurine a day and drinking a gallon plus of water a day but it's not helping. Is there anything else I can do to stop the cramping or am I just not going to be able to take the Clen while I'm training?
I'm thinking of maybe taking it on the weekends when I'm not training but I know it stays in your system for 48 hours so I don't think that will be an option.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
