    Exclamation Help Me w/My Cycle

    ok so i am going to star my first cycle because im in mma and will be going into the usaf sometime within the next year and a half for firefighting and i need to be able to hold my own and yes i have been working out and everything but have no gains whatsoever over the last months. so before everyone starts bashing i have been doing research and i cant figure out how to put together my cycle
    i have for my base i have 10mL
    Univei supettest 400
    breakdown Each ML contains
    Testosterone cypionate 50MG
    Testosterone enanthate 50MG
    Testosterone phenypropionate 40MG
    Testosterone propionate 30 MG
    Testosterone decanoate 200MG
    Testosterone isocaproat 30MG

    and for my SERM and PCT i have both clomid and novla both 60ml

    Im thinking first week 2 ml/cc and 1 ml/cc till its gone, but as far as the clomid and novla go i dont know when and how much to take i know they are anti e and fight gyno and such things. i just need help setting up my cycle how much to take when to take it please help out

    You're too young, and you can gain a TON of weight naturally, trust me.

    Agree. Diet seems to be what's lacking the most here. Post your split as well so we know over-training can be ruled out. How's your sleep schedule?

    cheese sandwich on wheat milk a banana
    brown rice turkey and greens
    eggs baked potato salad
    pb on wheat with orange juice

    why do steroids if you are gonna join the military.. you will be run into the ground and lose all your gains.. wait until after bootcamp to do juice.. no point doing before then.. you are going to risk messing up your body for 6 months of looking good??

    ive gone through a whole tub of weight gain i bought from GNC and mixed it with a protein shake muscle milk or just regular milk i gained barely 2 pounds.

    its more than just how much you eat.. there are times you should and should not eat as well as certain times to eat certain things and certain times not to eat certain things... Check out the threads Hawaiian's suggested threads. That is him in his AVI.. so obviously he knows what he is talking about.

    You should really just scrap that diet and start all over.

    Post in the diet forum and they'll help you out.

    The diet you have now is terrible for building muscle.

    Basically. Cut out the sandwhiches. If you eat bread look into Ezekiel. OJ is okay during a bulk. Just limit yourself, stuff contains a ton of sugar. Stay above a gallon of water per day. Stick with meats that are skinless. Avoid ham or anything that contains an excessive amount of sodium. Stay away from fried or breaded meat. Make the majority of your carbs complex and spread evenly throughout the day, same goes with the rest of your meals. Simple carbs can be utilized upon waking and PWO if you wish. Limited your protein shakes to 2 PD. Rely on whole foods ect.

    You're still on the young side to consider AAS use.

    You don't want to mess yourself up later on in life because you wanted to get "big" when you were 20, do you?

    I agree with Machine150 above: taking AAS before going into the military is a bad, bad idea. You won't keep any gain during boot camp anyway.

    Anyway, with the right diet/training/rest you could easily get to at least 190 at your height.

    well i will have to get up weight without going crazy high in bf% which could take who knows how long well i posted on a diet site and i will see what they say about meal plan

    Dude, don't shop at GNC. Stands for Got Nomo Cash. That place is an effin rip off and the people there are completely uneducated in their product. The last time I visited one (I was lookin for a body fat caliper and couldnt find on anywhere so as a last resort before ordering online I checked GNC) I was talkin to the front desk clerk, just chatting, and he mentioned that this is only his second job. I'm like "oh, thank god this isnt his first. Now this makes more sense, hes gota family and needs cash so aside from his normal job as an accountant or whatever he's got this too. Good for him"

    Yeahhhh... no. His first job is as a bagger at the grocerie store. Awesome. Could you give me your expert opinion on which is better whey isolate or soy isolate? The guy knew nothing about anything he was selling. The time before that I got into a disritation telling the sales clerk about how he was selling steroids to kids with all the prohormones they sell there. He didnt even realize how bad that crap is for a kid and was just shelling the shit out to any 18 yo.

    Check out other sources. They will all have better prices for sure and their staff couldnt possibly be LESS educated, it doesnt get worse. Either real body building supplement outlets or natural supplement stores. I shop at Vitamin Shoppe, Vitamin Cottage, or Save on Supplements here in Colorado.

    Please tho! Don't go to GNC anymore.

    there is a vitamin shop here or something like that its a good 30 min ride out there ill go check it out though thanks for the help
