    HGH Postworkout with Cardio

    After a good weight workout 45 min to an hour, I wanna do 20-30 min of low intensity cardio right after that. But after taking hgh I felt kinda light headed after only 10 min of cardio. Is this normal? Or should I wait after the cardio to pin? Only question for that is it would be longer to take your post workout drink and the short window to take hgh after weights.

    i was just wondering this today. is it better to take hgh pwo or one hour prior to work out or just keep it at when i wake up in the mornings? bump

    for convenience and repetition, just take it in the early morning but make sure not to eat for an hour...I bet most would say this...

    HGH is a slow acting compound. I'd say that consistency is an important factor. Just take your HGH in the AM and PM like your normally do. Give the HGH time to take affect. I don't think the benefits of PWO injections are that great. I haven't felt them, anyway.

    I agree, consistency is the main thing. Im sure you've probably heard this, but I'll say it again, cardio am and then weights later is far better.

    so split the workouts? cardio by itself in the morning then weights by itself later?

    I think that's the best but it's not convenient. Just do the cardio on a different day or combine it with lifting. Just stick to your am/pm HGH injections.

    Yes! Do cardio/weights in split sessions and watch the fat fall off and put on muscle at the same time. You didn't say how many iu's of hgh you plan per day, but if your doing 4 or more I'd pin half am on an empty stomach followed by cardio, later in the day after weights if you take a post workout drink with alot of carbs, pin an hour after that, otherwise pin right after workout. If your goals are like many here, convenience is whats got you to where you are, F convenience, push yourself, make the time for two workouts per day for 4 weeks and then tell me what you think.
