it was my 5th injection of 250 mg. but it was my first time injecting myself,the othr four times my girl was injecting.

It could be a few different things, if it was your first time doing it yourself, you may have been moving the needle around a little while it was in the muscle, you may have nicked a vein. Pains can be pretty normal. Just keep an eye on it and it should ease up within a week.
If you start to notice any redness, or swelling, or heat at the injection site, then it will probably be something else. But just watch it for now.
