first time advice please

hi peeps im after some advice im looking at doin a course of sust and deca i havent had any roids before and was wondering if its ok to go with that first or would you recommend something else for first timers allso what side effects does it normally come with

what are your stats?
How long have you been training for?
Do you understand what PCT is?
Have you done any research at all regarding aas?

Dude go onto the main site of forums and start doing a LOT of reading. You will then get overloaded with info and then post up some of the questions you have. When you click onto the forums such as the PCT site read through the top posts which are marked in red these are posted up by vets and those alike and will usually explain a lot more in one go then reading through individual posts.
