time off is not for lowering side effects, its to give your body time to level back out. Eventually your body gets use to the anabolics in your system and you get less gains so you need to stabalize at regular test leels for a while to make the next cycle more potent... we usually run with the Time off= time on + PCT time so roughly 4 months off
but the sure fire way of knowing f your body is redy to cycle again is with proper bloodwork to make sure you body's natural levels have recoverred and stabilized
-KP
usually takes around 1-2 months to get fresh androgen receptors going
depends, ive taken 9 months off before, but usually 4ish
time on plus pct = time off
and as ive lernt, its best practice to get bloodwork done before and after the cycle, before the cycle to see if you have fully recovered from the last
Time on +PCT = time off including 1 month post for BW. Could be longer if the BW came back unstable.
Lol I just read your past threads and realized you're the
"I'm getting too big"
guy, then a month later you were the
"I'm not getting any gains" guy.
Classic.
After I read this thread last night I did some diggin across this board and a few others. It seems the majority beleive that the receptors needing a break is in fact a myth? That it has more to do with myostatin levels that make gains decline around week 8-10. Idk it doesnt concern me personally at this point I just found it interesting that the general opinion is the whole receptor thing is a myth.
I remember that post, had me cracking up![]()
I work with Special needs children on a day to day basis, and I swear on my grandfathers grave some of the kids that stroll through here have more issues then the little ones I work with.
its too bad but thats how todays generation is, its a I " want " it know, always looking for a quick fix...
