I use a slin pin and most of the time it's painless.

My wood is harder than what it was when I was 12 years old!

They lower blood pressure, not raise it. You just feel like your head is about to explode because they cause sinus pressure and a "stuffy head". Cialis is actually FDA approved for lowering BP.

I've used it when I was younger and going through a very intense drug/sex phase of my life, up for days and f--ing non stop. When and if you DON'T DO TOO MUCH you will shoot like a rocket but you better get aerobically fit for this one. With a 1/2" slin pin-it is scary at first but after the first time it's like a mosquito, strange too. Since you are injecting into the BASE OF THE SMALL LACUMA (I looked it up, its the tube that your piss comes out of.), I was able to feel the pin go through the outer wall of my penis and poke through into this tube.
