no experience here, but its a great job. You cant actually be held liable for anything... well, at least in Canada.

Most are. Most suck and LOVE to find any little thing they can and screw it to the home owner.
You would think they would be harder on the builder but he usually greases their palm.
Still being a average Joe you would think he would be easier on the home owner but they get the power trip like cops and love to screw with people.
I still have one inspector on my list of things/people to do eventually.
