about seven weeks into a sust270 cycle, starting to get slight burn in nipples and slight lactation. I have tamox for PCT, and buddy has letro available IF NEEDED to purchase. will starting my PCT earlier will pure tamox cure me up? or should I purchase letro. also, if I do start tamox should I up dosages or stick to PCT dosages?

Lactating from Test huh. Yeah run the Tamox at a low dose.

You need clomid for pct also. It works well with tamox and you need all the help you can get right now. Stop the cycle and run pct asap(when the half life of the sust wears off). Pct might clear it up. Next time you cycle you need to run adex or aromasin on cycle to PREVENT this from happening. Just so you know if your lactating I wouldnt consider that a mild case.

Nolva: 40/20/20/20/20/20
Clomid: 100/75/50/50/50/50

In mid cycle I had discomfort when touching nipples, and lactation when i squeeze them. I started Nolvadex 20mg/ed, and for 5 days lactation was gone, and no sensitive nipples anymore so i decreased the dose to 10mg/ed.
After one week i stopped taking it and the symptoms was back.
Now i take again 20mg a day.
I think you should start taking 20mg Nolvadex , and wait for results.

it's only slight lactation when i squeeze, going to stop cycle and run 20mg novla and see what happens.
or, could i continue cycling and run novla too?
