    sorry big i was in a bad accedent i was in an acoma for 6 months just getting back on here all most lost my arm just now able to grabb and hold a weight bar in my hand they they replace the nerve from my leg to my arm thats why i havent got back with u in a year sorry man

    kinda looking for some one to work out with and get on the right diet its hard to stay with it when your doing it all on your own
