pretty cool, keep it up its hard, i quit almost 9 years ago and still miss it. all i can say is if you you want to stay off its normal to still crave it for a long time to come, don't give in!
good luck.
ps, think of all the money you'll now have for gear and food.
i stopped smoking about oct and i was about 150lbs i was working out for about 6 months before that and soon as i started my cycle in oct i was around 165lbs i stopped smoking, now im 190lbs and i dont miss it at all after i saw the progress... if you stop you will gain weight and if you eat nothing but bber food you will get lean mass, in ways you have never thought... i have NEVER gained that much lean mass and im going to have to point to stopping smoke that gave me that extra push.. good luck
I have been close to a clinical trial of sorts..My buddy works construction and several guys he is friends with were hooked on oxytcontin. By using Tren they were able to stop the oxycontin (in a week) while still being able to work and without suffering the withdrawel symptoms that would normally take place. Of course in addition to the AAS sides the other problem is that the Tren only allowed them to get past the physical addiction... once off cycle they still had the same urges and both relapsed just like happens after conventional treatment....still the usage of steroids in treatment of addiction might be worth looking at.
I've never done a cycle but I smoked for 20 years, about 2 packs a day. Obviously smoking is some nasty shit bro...you gotta dump it for good. 440,000 tobacco related deaths each year in the US alone. As I got older I could feel myself getting more and more sick and poisoned by smoking. One day I had enough and it was over.
Similar experience: I smoked for 8 years.... haven't for 6 and it was the best thing I've ever done. It was difficult to quit.... but I have ZERO desire to ever go back. I think it smells like Sh!t now and it makes me sick thinking about putting that crap in my body. I work hard to make myself look good, I don't need that crap screwing everything up
Keep it up!!! You'll love yourself for it everyday you don't smoke![]()
