Woo hoo! I'm pretty stoked, the gentleman (Christian Thibaudeau) who writes for T-Mag underwent a body transformation "project", and had hired me for his Phase 3. I had a pic to be included w/his article, but it got taken out! I was bummed, but oh well, it's about HIM not me! LOL!

Check it out, you'll see my name "Chris Janusz" instead of SwoleCat, which was a nice change as people would wonder, "what the hell is a SwoleCat?", LOL. I submitted a pic too, but I guess they didn't have room. Perhaps in the hardcopy to be printed out there will be. Anyhow, it was good to see his success, he looks amazing, and I wanted to share.

Hey swolecat how can you make a program for someone you dont even know? What i mean is if i get a program from you how can you make a program not knowing what my body reacts too? Also i have small wrists and ankles but really broad shoulders like flex wheeler, and I am natural. What do you think my potential is of becoming great looking like fleax wheeler? I would like to compete one day. My stats are 5'11.5, 125 lbs at about 28% BF. I would like to lose alot of bodyfat , at least get down to 15% but not lose the muscle i have and possibly gain a little muscle? Please help thanks man.

Senior editors took it out! U know they let no-one advertise for free. That is what it all boils down too unfortunately.......I had even written my own guest piece, and had a pic too! Damn, now I'm thinking about it all again, lol! Right when I was getting over it!

I said it before in the other thread, but that transformation is nothing short of amazing!!!! Something like that i'm hesitant to call a "change" it's breath taking....... I'm really impressed. If I had the dough swolecat would be my new roomate for few weeks
