Im not tryin to get it the easy way, i dont no about him but i work my ass off 5 days a week workin one part of the body at one time, he works out at night and im in the day and i use heavy weight on everything.. All im askin is if this is normal or have i got to the point yet to see a diff? I understand you guys get questions all the time from young kids tryin to get big over night, but im looking for help..
