    Whats the deal??

    Alright guys me and a buddy of mine decided to take our first cycle together. After doin alot of reading i went with sustaplex 325 and he did as well.. We eat diff and decided to see who has the best results with the diff things we eat..

    He eats like a rabbit, plan and simple, everything that is good for you plan and simple, " thats his idea of eating right "

    Mine, witch i no you guys some of you guys dont like but im goin to be honest so maybe you can help, I eat everything i see whatever i want, A full breakfest, lunch is a type of meat with at least 4 to 5 vegs with it, and i may snack in between and supper is the same..

    The problem is when we both started "this is our 5th week on cycle" we both felt good like we were on top of the world, we both are gettin stronger and goin up in weigh and im about 30 to 40lbs over him on everything, the prob is we cant not tell a diff in looking at our body's.. I dont no if its in my head or what i lift more im putting on weigh and lifting more but not putting on size and neither is he... Anybody have an idea whats goin on????

    Im not gonna hammer you, but you are both not ready to be using AAS.
    Diet should NOT be hap-hazard and doing AAS when eating 'randomly' is just irresponsible drug usage, honestly if BOTH of you got your diets together and on track, and didnt use AAS you would have better results than using whatever drugs and eating like you just described.
    AAS enhance protein synthesis, eating enough protein to start with would really help, but your attitude is common amongst the new generation of AAS users.
    Food builds muscle AAS only accelerates the process.

    takin 325mg a week, im 6'3 and im 26, 217, and ab 15 to 17% bf i would say but dont no for a fact, sorry didnt put enough info in there, i do eat more then what i said i was tryin to keep it short, what im tryin to say i eat full meals instead of tuna and bread here and there, I also take about 70 to a 100g's of protein a day, sorry i forgot to post that..

    Im not tryin to get it the easy way, i dont no about him but i work my ass off 5 days a week workin one part of the body at one time, he works out at night and im in the day and i use heavy weight on everything.. All im askin is if this is normal or have i got to the point yet to see a diff? I understand you guys get questions all the time from young kids tryin to get big over night, but im looking for help..

    You should be eating 325-375g or protein a day for your size.

    To your question 325 is a small dose IMO but if your eating correctly and training properly then you should be seeing a noticeable difference. Even at your BF% you should notice some change. If your not you need to re evaluate your diet and training.

    70-100 g of protien?

    my breakfast alone has 60+ grams and im about your size 6'2" 225lbs with less bf tho

    Im sure you have your heart in the right place, but your diet is far off from the path. The fact you are guessing about your protein intake is a bad sign.
    You need to be alot closer in accuracy and as stated this is way too little protein per day...again...you shouldnt be using drugs you should be at the store buying foods and eating properly...THEN you will grow.
    There is plenty of info on this board to help with that-start with 1.5 grams of protein per lb you weigh and go from there.
    Hold off on the AAS ( I know you wont ) but I bet you learn how to eat you gain 3x's what you buddy does without the test 325.

    Guys Im not sure but by "protein" I think he is talking powder on top of all the other stuff he eats.


    Bro they are right. You need to have everything planned perfect for a cycle or your just risking your health for nothing. Some things I notice from what you said lets me know you didnt do your research before starting AAS. Do you have an AI on hand incase you need it? Do you have your PCT ready to go?

    I'll also suggest you read some of the stickies at the top of this forum and the PCT forum. Also go to the diet forum and watch the videos in the sticky and you will be set for eating right.
