Meal 2: 200g Fish
100g Brown Rice
Meal 3: 300g Chicken Breast
250 Sweet Potato
Meal 4: 1 tblesp. Natty P'butter
Protein Shake
Meal 5: PWO Protein Shake
Meal 6: 300g Chicken Breast
200g Vegetables
Meal 7: 100g Cottage Cheese
6 Whole Eggs
Meal 8: 3AM Protein Shake
Total: Pro: 406g Fat: 104g Carb: 213g Cals: 3,261.
I am really looking at gaining as much Lean muscle as possible.
training 5 days a week with 20mins cardio after every weight session.
I want to keep my Bf% to 12& if not maybe drop it abit.
Also taking 5g creatine before workout, 5g Glutamine before bed and upon waking up. Multi Vits And BCAA"s. Any advice will be much appreciated
