    Do i have gyno?

When i get out of a cold shower or when im training, my skin is tight and my nipples are smaller than a 10 cent piece, my chest looks great. However as soon as i get relaxed, my skin gets a little loose, my nipples grow the size of a quarter and they look like they have lumps under them. its ugly and it looks like female nipples. Do i have gyno or is it just some fat?

    im 13-14% BF

    Answer^^

Photos with your arms raised in the air and relaxed down by your side will help us. Be sure to include various angles.

    What is your BF?

Same here man, i have that puffy nipples when they are relaxed, but when showering, or cold they get tight and my chest looks great.
Let me show you one trick: When you squeeze the nipples(not so hard) they get tight like you are cold.
