I am planning to start my 2nd and next cycle soon, pure bulk
i will be consuming about 5k cal per day,2gs protein per lb of bodyweight, eating every 2 hours, training mon-fri
Test E 500mg /EW (weeks 1-12)
EQ 400mg / EW (weeks 1-12)
Deca 400mg/ EW (weeks 1-12)
D-bol 30-40mg/ED (weeks 1-5)
questions:
should i go with d-bol or a-50?
should i reduce the eq or the deca? if need be. by how much? 200mg ew?
