    Question help is needed > My Cycle ( sustanon, Deca And EQ )

    Hi there,
    first of all I'm new here and this is my 1st post .. I was working out for a long time but recently i had a typhoid fever which made me lose 10 kgs of PURE MUSCLE mass .. I was 86kgs and now i weight 76kgs ( It really sucks! )
    I'm 20 yo and 6'1'' ( 186 cm ) .. It's been 3 years since i started to workout..
    I stopped working out 1 month ago .. I want to get back to the (GLORY) lol ..
    no seriously you know what does it mean to lose 10kgs of pure muscle mass ..

    Now to the important part :

    I decided to start working out from today worming up for 1 week and then going hard .. and the next month i want to start my cycle to gain weight back so i decided to take SUSTANON and DECA and EQ and i want ur advice ..
    Is it a good cycle to start ? if so then can you tell me how should my cycle be? and what about the PCT ( I'm 76kgs now btw )

    P.S : My last cycle was on june : Parabolan Durabolin sustanon and primobolan tablets ( the spanish ones ) i don't remember the doses .. and it was great

    Continue to work out for the next 4 or 5 years with a good regiment and diet outline then come back and ask about a cycle as no one will give you advise until then.

    6'1 and 160lbs? Bro you have plenty of room to grow just with food. Hell I dont think I have been 160 since I was like 16. Christ I make myself feel old that was close to 14 years ago! LOL

    I think you are saying that because of my age .. well, i didn't ask if i can run a cycle or not because of my age, I'm aware of the circumstances .. My question was so clear so please stick to the topic ..

    deca sustanon cycle is the best for u bro
    u can go up at least 25 pounds in 8 weeks if u do it correctly

    ma advice for u is to start

    1st 2 weeks deca 200 mg per weak
    sustanon 500 mg

    so u start monday deca 100 tuesday susta 250 then thursday deca and friday susta


    week 3 and 4 u increase deca to 300 mg per week


    week 5 u go up to 400 mg of deca

    week 6 u start dropin deca back to 250 mg
    week 7 deca 200 and week 8 u stay the same

    eat lot of carbs 8 meals per day

    drink lot of water while training and during the day

    along the cycle take 1 mg armidex /day
    20 mg nolvadex/day

    pct

    clomid armidex and nolvadex and be sure to have a long pct of at least 4 weeks

    Not rocket science ;)

    If you have sust and deca, id do a cycle that looks like this...

    Sust 500mg wk 1-12
    Deca 300-400mg wk 1-10

    Deca lasts a long time so make sure you end it atleast 2 weeks before you last pin of test. Idk about the pyramid scheme scheduled below but definatley train hard and long term, dont look at juice for a quick fix. Albeit you should have some SUPER fun on this cycle.

    Your 6'1 and 160lbs regardless of your age you look like a shirt on a hanger and your training is minimum at BEST. Obviously you dont know how to eat properly or train so using steroids is pointless and a waste of good gear.

    I will not be the only one to tell you this I am sure many will chime in soon!

    MrGreen .. I know how to eat and how to train ( I'm not saying that I'm perfect ) but I've been lifting since 2008 ( i was in high school so i couldn't build that big body that time you know exams and so many things ) anyways i read alot and i really know so many things about "MY GAME".. I was 86 kgs or more of pure sexy muscles you think i got that from nothing or bad training or whatever? .. I posted this cuz i know that science changes everyday and Nobody can say that he knows everything .. we are students in this world .. we will never be teachers for ever ..

    @ the guys above .. What about the Equipoise? I want to keep the most of my gains and i heard that deca+sus= (FAST GAINS & FAST LOSES) which is a bad equation :P ..
    and about the PCT & nolvadex while using deca i also read that it is bad to combine both, is that true?

    This is just absolutely horrible advice.

    And Moudy, yes you need to eat.

    You are way under weight, and taking steroids won't fix that.

    If you don't know how to eat to gain weight naturally, how do you expect to hold onto any weight after your cycle?

    What's your diet and training like now?

    My Diet right now is :
    Morning : 3 eggs with 3 slices of cheese
    Mid-day : Nitrotech
    Lunch : Half chicken and Rice and some sweets or any carb source
    before work out : Nitrotech + some carbs
    After work out : Nitrotech
    Dinner : Half chicken & something else depends on the MOOD ..

    No soda no drinking no smoking just lifting ..

    I agree you diet is awful and you need to learn how to eat to build muscle mss and gain weight, check out the diet section and read the stickies, best of luck

    Moudyy do you notice the only ones giving you advice are the members who have next to zero posts and DO NOT know any better? At 20 yrs old you are not ready for any AAS and there is no way to give you advice on how to take them successfully because with your stats you can't, plain and simple.

    I'd suggest to get back to what you were before you got sick without a cycling.

    Its what I would do. Why waste gear just to get to something you already achieved. It doesn't make sense to me.

    Get to eating and training again and it will come back quicker than you probably realize.

    Stick around and you will learn a lot, not just about aas but about diet/nutrition and everything else involved with bbing. I would dedicate myself to a better diet for the next 3 to 4 years, afterall you will not be able to just immediately start eating twice the amount you normally would it will take time. Then you will be in a much better position to consider any kind of hormone treatment and actually take advantage of what they offer.

    Good luck man I am sure you will get some good info out of the diet section and some great help. I didnt mean to sound like a dick and sorry if it came a cross that away but diet is something that has to be learned. After 2 years I posted up what I thought was a good diet and it was edited time and time again! LOL
