first of all I'm new here and this is my 1st post.. I was working out for a long time but recently i had a typhoid fever which made me lose 10 kgs of PURE MUSCLE mass
.. I was 86kgs and now i weight 76kgs ( It really sucks! )
I'm 20 yo and 6'1'' ( 186 cm ) .. It's been 3 years since i started to workout..
I stopped working out 1 month ago .. I want to get back to the (GLORY) lol ..
no seriously you know what does it mean to lose 10kgs of pure muscle mass ..
Now to the important part :
I decided to start working out from today worming up for 1 week and then going hard .. and the next month i want to start my cycle to gain weight back so i decided to take SUSTANON and DECA and EQ and i want ur advice ..
Is it a good cycle to start ? if so then can you tell me how should my cycle be? and what about the PCT ( I'm 76kgs now btw )
P.S : My last cycle was on june : Parabolan Durabolin sustanon and primobolan tablets ( the spanish ones ) i don't remember the doses.. and it was great
