    Hi All,
    Nice to meet you. I am new to the site and want to wish you all a hello. I stand 6'2" 210 10% bodyfat. I am going to start my second cycle and would like your knowlegeable opinion. I am going to do a 10 week cycle. I plan on pinning Test-C twice a week at 250mg/1CC per shot giving me 500 mg a week. What amount (mg and timing) of D-bol should I include in this cycle?? I have Clomid for my PCT, and would like your input on this cycle.

    Responded very well to my first cycle, but I learned that I was doing a cycle too complicated from you guys. I did not loose any in my post cycle though, so that is good. I have been weight training since I was 19 so I am not new to lifting. I just thought that at my age, a little boost would help, and it did. I totally understand using test in every cycle, and after doing my first cycle, I would never do a cycle without it! Test is the catalyst for everything else. I am looking to gain as much mass as possible on this next cycle. I hope this helps you.

    Just to let you know, I am planning on using only Test-C and D-bol on this cycle.

    I personally have never used d-bol so cannot help you there, but if you use the search button you should be able to find the proper dosage. You may also want to get some nolva for your pct to run with the cclomid.

    I prefer my dbol at 40 mg/day for 4 weeks as a kickstart.

    I dont like Clomid alone as a PCT. That is not sufficient enough

    Clomid and nolva should be used for pct as follows..

    Clomid 100/50/50/50
    Nolva 40/20/20/20
    Do not ask me for a source check.

    I'm with Noles 40 mgs ed for dbol.. Make sure to include liver support while running your d-bol

    Thanks forf your help guys

    I need to get the Nolva, and I am going to run 40 mgs split up morning and night (20 mg each), and pin Test-C twice a week at 250mg. I plan on eating clean 4000 to 4500 cals, 220g protein and mostly natural foods with protein supplementation. I ran Nolva on my last PCT and worked well, so I guess the two together should really balance me back to where I need to be.
    -How do you guys feel about HCG in this cycle? I am not planning on using it but would like to know if they are any of you out there that have used it in a cycle like mine, with good results.

    Has anyone used the MuscleFeast mass weight gainer? I used their Casein, and whey my last cycle and love the pure protein straight up. I was thinking about using their mass weight gainer on my next cycle to keep my caloric intake a little higher this time. I think I should go up to about 5000 cals a day, just to get as much mass as I can.

    Guys do you have an alternative to Nolva? I really did not like the side effects from it and if at all possible do not want to use it again. Sides worse than swallowing 4 A-bombs! I had so much pain in my left side and numbness to the touch, that it can't be good. I hurt, and at one point could barely walk. At max, I was only taking 20mg a day. I stopped after 2 weeks, because I just couldn't deal with it anymore, and I just felt like something was wrong, SERIOUSLY wrong. Anyone had a similar experience???

    was that with a particular brand of nolva, or have you used different kinds?

    It was the normal Astra-Zeneca brand. I do believe it worked, but I just didn't expect those side effects to be so severe. I know it was from the Nolva, because reports of groin pain and one-sided pain are some things to consider. I just wasn't ready for it to be so severe, especially at such a low dose. I don't think too many people have issues with it though. I do have some left, and because I like the results from my last PCT so much, I may consider using the rest up, but in smaller doses though, like no more than 10 mg with the clomid added on, and some milk thistle, to help bring those liver values back. I read so many times that with a novice that just test is fine and I choose to listen to other people that I now, and tried to help me. But looking back at it, I know I should have just kept things simple, so I intend to just run the D-bol/Test next time and eat and train like mad. I am in sort of a "backing off in volume but still intense training cylcle right now." My last cycle, even with all the PED's, I trained to the point of overtraining. So now my body is getting accustomed to a little higher rep/less set routine that I have incorporated. But when I start my next cycle it will be back to high intensity/high volume training.
    I just thought to throw in my plans to all of you and tell you a little more about me.
    -On another note for all you military guys serving overseas, THANK YOU so much for your dedicated service to our country. You are the backbone that keeps us all doing what we do every day, and affords us the freedom and luxuries to do what we do everyday and I really appreciate the effort/struggle/pain you go through. I was deployed 4 times in my 8 years in OIF and GWOT and was away for 3 1/2 years of my life, and wondered at times if anyone gave a crap. Well, I do and I think alot of others do to!

    Sorry to rumble about non-anabolic stuff, just thought to put my thoughts in there, so you guys can get to know more about me.

    starting my cycle next week, opted out of the D-bol. Only my second cycle and I feel I don't need it. going straight test with this one, and going to take Liv-52 throughout, and follow up with your PCT clomid/nolva recommendations. I did order the muscle feast hardgainer and am going to use this to add more cals to the diet should be well over 5k now. Can't wait to blast this 10 weeks out! I will give details on progress. Guys the funny thing is that my weight is still at 210, and I have actually lost another 1% of BF! I haven't been on any AAS for over two months! Amazing! I think a strict diet and excercise helps but damn! It is good going into this cycle with such a low BF, and can't wait for the results. I'll keep you guys posted-

    got a different brand of nolva this time, going to see how this goes, going with this PCT I have not yet been prone to gyno so this should work well. I just hope that I don't get the sides on Nolva this time. Starting my cycle this Saturday, I will post weekly my results. Also will be adjusting my training for 6-8 reps and more sets too, as the test should help my recovery quicker. I'll keep you guys posted on my gains

    why??? I am almost 37 years old. I need the test. I think this will work for me considering my age and I have been lifting for many years. I actually just injected my first round. I think 1000mg is just enough for a guy who is almost 37. Remember that us older guys need more test to get us going. I hope some of the older guys chime in. In any event. I will let you know what my gains are.

    IMHO it's better than taking 500mg of test and 500 mg Dianabol!

    First week has passed. Body weight at 216, but mostly fat increase, I can tell in my belly. That's Ok. That's what happens when you add nearly 1500 calories to your diet everday. Been eating like this for two weeks now. Since most of my long esters haven't kicked in yet, I am not worried, because I know the test will like the extra cals and protein I am waiting until week 4. Training has been going great, and no sides yet.
