Fatty gyno?

I was wondering, I had my gyno removed a few weeks ago with lipo. When i first noticed the gyno I went to the doc and she said there was breast tissue development. My question is if it was tissue, then why did a lot of fat get deposited there, and if I get on the juice and use arimidex and nolvadex, will the fat redeposit in my chest again?

I would definitely use arim and nolva or bromo if needed, but my understanding is that there's always the chance for reacurrance. did you get the fat taken out only or the mammory gland as well? that will make a big difference too.
