I am taking clen and was wondering if I was ok to take over the counter sleeping tablets as I am having a very disturbed night sleep.

Most over the counter suck and/or cause long term drowsiness. Try melatonin. Most of us need it in our diet anyways.

You can walk into most any health food store, drug store or even some food stores to find it. Take 10 - 20 mg about 1hr before sleep. It helps raise your natural levels and allows you to have better, deeper sleep and has multiple benefits.

I agree, melatonin is the way to go. i had trouble sleeping at night after coming off of gtaveyard shift for 6 years and mel tabs worked great for me, no grogginess when you wake up either.
