    Steroids while travelling/limited gym time

I'm a noob here, so forgive my complete ignorance. I realsie these questions might be stupid, but there's an overwhelming amount of info here to sift through, so just wanted to find the quick answer.

Basically, I'll be leaving my regular 5x-gym-per-week life in Canada and trading it for life on the road in the Middle East leading tours.

I'm not going to get a lot of gym time. Maybe once or twice a week. Will try to do some bodyweight work daily though. I know I'm going to lose mass however.

So, with steroids being legal out there, would it be feasible to use steroids to KEEP muscle mass rather than build it?

What happens if you take steroids but don't are not in a position where you can get regular gym time in?

If this is a feasible option, which steroid (ORAL ONLY!!) should I take?

How long should I cycle for?

    What should I cycle with?

What should I use as post-cycle?

    Thanks for your help guys!

If you have to do it, Do body weight circuit training exercises. Better to wait until you can work out. IMHO

Steroids are not magical. If you are not able to put the time and effort in then it will not matter what you take.

Google "CrossFit body weight workouts" and you can find many routines to keep you fit. Buy some inexpensive sand bags to get in some weighted movements. Just because you won't have access to a gym doesn't mean you have to waste away...

As for AAS, can't help you there, not qualified

If I were you, I'd just train naturally and intensely.

Thanks for answering my question guys. Doesn't look like it would be a valid option at all. Will stick to bodyweight and hopefully the occasional gym session. Hoping not to lose too much mass! Went travelling for 6 months last year. Hit gyms where possible, but constant food-poisoning took its toll. Went from 86kg at the outset to 72kg 5 months in!
