Gypsy, could you explain what you meant by "cracker movie". I am not sure if you were trying to be funny or offensive. I live in the suburbs of Chicago and where i come from calling someone or something "cracker" is like using the N word.

I do not consider myself sensitive and have been called a cracker before but it was by someone I knew. FYI, I was ok with it because if was a friend trying to be funny. Being a public forum I don't believe there is room for offensive language or innuendo like this. Frankly I am surprised the moderators haven't dumped this whole thread.

Well that is your opinion. It appears that I am not the only person here who took offense or was confused by what was meant by what was written. Jpkman and Igifuno also appear to have been offended and/or confused. BTW, where I come from you call me a cracker, and I don't know you, we are going to have problems, and I will deal with you like a man. Coming from a stranger, that is an insult without a doubt. Don't tell me what should offend me and what shouldn't. As I said, I have been called that and was not offended but that is because I knew the person who said it and what was meant. We tend to forget that there are people here from many walks of life and if we censored out what everyone said the forums would not exhist... not all speak the same language or have the same meanings for words form west to east but lets not always jump to the conclusion that someone means something bad when we are not sure....
