hey guys im new to the forum
im 21yrs old and my main goals are weight loss and gain endurance
i mainly need tips on nutrition what not to eat etc and also am curious about weightloss supplements such as clen etc
2 n a half yrs ago was my last amateur boxing match and i faught at 60kg a week and a half ago i was 95kg now im weighing 91kg after a week n abit of hard training and dieting hard
heres what ive been eating, i no theres faults in it lol
breaky bannana & apple
lunch: 2 salad sanwhiches wholegrain bread
afternoon tea: weight watchers bar, and some fruit
dinner: boiled veges with meat or chicken, also rice and chicken etc
ive been training of and on over my period of in-activity
put the weight on mainly due 2 pissing up and eating shit like maccas
id like some tips on weightloss and also what you think of clen cheers
