Syringe size

I was ordering insulin syringes from Ar-r. I'm going to be taking 2 iu a day. Should I get the 0.5 or the 1cc syringe (29 gauge 1/2 inch)?

I always get the 1cc. In a pinch I shoot my Test with it.
