I have not used the 450 but I must admit I am a fan of 250. I would imagine this would be very good if you like the multi-ester approach.

I got Some Similar to this, havent tried it yet but kno alot who have with great results. Its jus broken down into SHORT MEDIUM and LONG acting esters...

Love all the blends(that I have tried- 450 I have not) from that lab. I am confident it is made with E0. Make sure your not allegic before you invest big dough.

It has short & long esters, eod or ed depending on how you feel about it.
