Please can anybody advise on what they would reccomend for post workout?? Before now I had always focused on pre workout supps. Up until now I usually consumed some fruit juice with sugar but would prefere a fast acting suppliment for the insulin spike. Please I am not talking about something like BSN Cellmass or something that helps recovery I am purely looking for a simple sugars suppliment to replenish glycogen and the insulin spike to get the most out of my protein. Are there any popular ones that would be reccomended??
