when u start your first ever cycle
test-e and possibly d-bol
and your the type to worry about sides like gyno etc is it reccomended to run an AI during the cycle ? like arimidex 0.25mg eod ??
or do you try and avoid using any other drugs unless you see sides ?
and if you start getting signs of gyno etc how easy is it to keep under control and get rid ?
one more thing when starting a 10 week test -e 500mg e,w and running d-bol first 4-5 weeks at 30-40mg ed is it a good idea to start the d-bol a week before first jab so you know if your prone to side from the d-bol ??

I'd wait until there was a reason to take the AI, you will not wake up one morning with gyno it takes time. As long as you, when/if signs start to appear, act accordingly you will be fine. Since the ester in test e takes a good 4 to 5 weeks to fully kick in starting the dbol one week prior to 1st inj makes no sense.

you know naturally your body is producing high amounts of test. at your current age you should reconsider taking aas and focus more on your diet and training instead because you have more than enough test in your system right now.

The best thing you could do for yourself at this age is learn how to eat and train properly, using drugs at this point in your life will not do you any good.

you do realise all that happens when you refuse to give info to under 25s i bet 99% of the people just make new accounts and say they are 24-25 so save me the bother please boys and help out. just want to know is it harmfull to run arimidex at 0.25mg eod ? and can there be bad sides from doing so ?
