Sustanon 450 1st cycle assistance please

I plan on taking some sustanon 450, I was reccomended a 10 week cycle being highest I should go. With shots monday and thursday. Now, if I were to run this is this a sufficient amount, or to much? he said it was a pretty badass cycle lol!
What should my pct be? Nolva for 10 weeks tapering off? and My last cycle was a short PH cycle so i didnt need an AI but i definitely need one for this cycle and i was wondering any reccomendations? Preferably something not to difficult to get.

900mg of Sust for your first cycle is too much. That means you would inject less than 1CC/1ML per injection.

If I was to inject Sustanon only twice a week, then I would inject .55cc of that, twice a week.

However, I am shooting a test blend now, and EOD injections are great. So I would think about maybe .25-.3cc EOD.

10 weeks of Nolva for PCT sounds like too much. I would just run 10-20mg ED throughout the cycle, and save enough to run a 4-5 week pct. 40/40/20/20

I have been training since I was 14, my parents were both bodybuilders along with 2 family members. I had to train for powerlifting in highschool so it set me back a little. I know how to eat correctly, supplement efficiently and all of that stuff, I am just a little short when the knowledge comes to AAS, since I told myself I would wait til now.

ED is every day EOD is every other day. The need for nolva is true but i would say check out pct section as you might want to do a 4 week clomid pct after the everyday nolva for 10 weeks. don't take my word tho check pct section.

1. First cycle should be not be a blend IMO. Regardless of what you've heard, Enanthate or Cypionate will deliver the same results @ 400mg PW.
2. Asking what your PCT should be is a clear indication you aren't ready to cycle yet until you find the correct answer to this question. Plenty of PCT stickies to look for in the PCT forum. Come back with a sample and I will critique it for you.
