I am in my 5th Week of my cycle. It is as follows
700 ml Test E (2 x 350ml per week) weeks 1 - 14
40 mg Dbol Per Day weeks 2 - 6
PCT
Nolva and Clomid and HGC
(I have all my product already)
Stats: Starting
Age 34
6Ft 1in
228 Lbs
BF 12%
Diet (Just a quick outline)
Breakfast
Large bowl Oatmeal + 2 bananas + 50 grams Whey Portein + Wholewheat toast and Peanut Butter X 3 slices
Mid Morning Snack:
50 grams whey + Baked Potato + tuna and Beaked beans + Cup of Grapes
Lunch:
Nando Half Chicken + Baked Potato + Rice + Chicken Wrap
Mid Afternoon:
Yogurt + Fruit + Chicken Leg and Broccoli
PReworkout
50 grams whey + 8 egg whites and 2 yokes + strong black coffee
Post workout: replacing glycogen
80 grams whey Isolate shake with spinach and blueberries + Amino acid Mixture
Dinner:
2 Chicken Breasts + Broccoli and Cauliflower and Some rice.
50 grams Whey protein vanilla, apple juice and blueberries shake.
Before Bed.
L glutamine Drink with 20 grams of whey protein Isolate.
I also take supplements and creatine etc
Ive gone from 228lbs to 243lb in the 5 weeks. Obviously some will be water weight although I have been taking 20 mg Nolva e3d as it did me no harm on my first cycle 1 year ago. I know some people are not to happy with taking nolva with a cycle unless something shows up but I just do it. Silly maybe but I have no ill affects or loss of results. YET
I am hoping to gain some serious size. After water loss and PCT I want to be around 240lbs after all is said and done.
Is this possible? Any tips on what im doing so far. I do not mind the critical people having a say as free advise is advise.
