Hey guys new to the forum, lots of great info on here. I've been doing some reading and I don't think I'm ready to try out an AAS cycle just yet, however the fat burning qualities of Clenbuterol have gotten my attention.
I am currently:
age:22
ht:6'1"
wt:194
bf%: 15-17
exp: lifting on and off for 5 years, been serious about it for about 2 years
Currently lifting by the Layne Norton Power/Hypertrophy split
cardio about 4 days a week for an hour (Have to, not my choice)
I have been on a clean diet for a few months cutting by eating a clorie defeceit and doing cardio, but just started a fall clean bulk a few weeks ago. Since I started consuming above my maitnance calories I have noticed that I am gaining some unwanted fat, especially around the abs (trying to eat 40/40/20; C/P/F) about 3500 calories a day (all from high quality/clean sources) because I do alot of cardio. I know that this is expected on a bulk but I just wanted to know if it would be acceptable to do a Clen cycle while I'm doing a clean bulk, to try and keep bf% down? Also I have heard the Clen can help increase gains in lean muscle.
I have seen that a lot of people stack T3 with clen and was also wondering what that is/how well it works.
