i have a pretty good diet taking 3000 cal a day and 200 grams of protein but once the cycle starts ill be taking 5500 cal and 250-300 protein
im going to run test E for 10 weeks
500mg, 2 injections a week
monday 250mg
thursday 250mg

workout plan:
monday: Back, abs
tuesday: shoulder, traps
wednesday: legs
thursday:chest, abs
friday: off
saturday: bi, tri
sunday: 30 min of cardio
im trying to focus on bigger muscle groups since i have a small bone structure
i have nolva and clomid and tamox on hand
now the problem is i think im about to have gyno
(soar itchy nipples kinda hurts and also theres a lump under it just the left of tho)
do u guys think i should run nolva during my test e cycle
i really dont want to have bitch tits
my goal is to hit 200 by end of this cycle so im going to eat every 2 hours im even going to set my alarm at 3am wake up have protein shake and go back to bed
im thinking of starting this monday
so any help or advise would be useful
