Weight: 137
BF: Around 7% ish
Diet: Try and stay away from unhealthy foods, like sweets. Drink water all day every day, around a gallon.
I take Nitrix pills to Increase blood flow and thicken blood.
Also take Creatine around 5-10 mg a day
Breakfast: 7 Chicken Mini's from Chik-fil-a
Lunch: 2 chicken patties, apple sauce, pudding, milk
Dinner: 8 oz steak maybe, chicken, a rack of ribs.
The reason I'm so light is because all my life i've been a runner and i'm done with the fast but thin look. I read on another guy's post that he is a runner too so i'll go ahead and state my fastest 5k and mile time. 5k is 18:30, and mile is 5:03.
My workouts are:
Mon: Chest/tri
Wed: Biceps/back
Fri: Legs
Abs are everyday.
My question or advice is, I am getting ready to start a 8 week cycle.
All I have is the stuff.. I don't want Gyco or anything like that.
What anti estrogen stuff do I need to do before I start my cycle, or even when I'm on it?
Where do I get it? Is it OTC stuff or can I get it off the shelf at like rite aid or something?
