1rst cycle need advice please

test e at 300 mg for 10 weeks with 10 mg a day nolva/tamox.or also throwing 300 mg of eq in to that mix also its my first time, ive heard try test only . i have both. looking for gains i only have enough for a 10 week cycle at 300 mg a piece for a total of 600 mg mixed

Ok. I personally see nothing wrong with test/eq for a first cycle. It was my first actually at close to the same doses. I wouldn't just plan on running nolva all the way through the cycle. If you have to run anything run and AI like adex at low dose through the cycle. you never know how you're bodies going to react. Taking nolva daily on a first cycle is overkill in my opinion.

if its a big concern then go ahead and run it. I prefer an AI which is going to help your testosterone not convert to estrogen in the first place. Where as a SERM is not and just blocks the estrogen from the receptor

scotty thanks.ill look into ar-r \ dex /is that the same thing as arimadex ? ive got 2 bottles of tamox

yeah liquidex is arimidex. Run it at .25 mg a day to start. no prob
