    My winter cycle coming up.

    I am not a new member, I been on here since 06 but for some reason I cannot post and none on this site gets back to me on the problem so had to register again. My old handle was Juiceinthehood. Anyway here is a cycle I am prepping for.

    I will use this to get ripped for the summer. I have done 6 cycles in the past. 35 yrs old. Im right now prob 10% or less b/f and going lower. 5.9 160lbs

    test-e: 150 ew 12 weeks
    trinabol: 125 ew 10 weeks
    deca: 300 ew 12 weeks
    masteron:325 ew 12 weeks

    proper pct in place...

    Looking to put on some quality muscle and cut up on this cycle.

    at 160lbs and 5.9 its a better diet that you require

    dont wanna be big, just lean and ripped, but I plan on putting on 10-15lbs of quality muscle on this cycle, these were 3 pretty dumb comments from u guys.. anyone with a brain wanna comment feel free...thanks

    oh jeez, here we go the dumb dumbs are out in full force I see. have not done any as in 3 years, only swimming and running, push ups, pull ups, dips. not even a weight.

    and genius if I did primo only cycle no I would not be over 200lbs. is there anyone here with a clue or only these guys trying to rack up posts

    i would double the test.. at least.. at 165lbs are you gaining anything on your cycles?? it seems like you should focus on doing a good amount of two compounds (Test and Deca) and not trying to do a little bit of everything... 4 compounds seems to be excessive.. especially since you are running less test than some people get perscribed for TRT.. my fgolden rule is you take more test than anything.. then add in 2/3 the mgs of Deca and maybe some orals to kick start... if you have some experience under your belt than through in some Tren E.. that works wonders.. i just think you are trying to do too many with not enough of any of them.. if you want to gain 15 lbs do Anadrol at 50-100mgED for 5 weeks and 600/400 Test/Deca for twelve weeks.. and run the test for two more weeks after that so you can start your PCT 4 weeks after last deca injhection and 2 weeks after last test injection..

    This is of course assuming your diet and training are in order.. You have a low BF which says you know how to eat clean, but after 6 cycles you should weigh 210lbs.. even if you are 4'10"

    Thanx machine, I was alot bigger a few years ago at one point I was up to 215lbs and bulky, have not touched an AS in 3+ years. I kept the test low becuz of sides I get, I have done 400-500 test b4 but got alot of acne. I have also done low dose and worked great for me. Anadrol I wont touch. And yes I eat very clean. I started the weights again about 4 months ago high reps low weight, not looking to pack on massive muscle, just wanna get ripped and harden up what I have. Im not really that small for 164lbs, the thing is I am retaining very little water at the current time. If I had the water weight I would obviously be heavier. My Bf will go down to 5-6% soon, really shooting for that hard dry look that I never had or tried to get. The reason I chose different stuff and lower doses is becuz I feel they all do something different and will work in conjunction with eachother to help me attain my goal of being shredded and very defined, instead of big and bulky. more like a light to middleweight rather than a heavyweight.     Fyi my last cycle which was in 2007 was comprised of Test-E, Eq and T-bol, back then I was about 200lbs give or take a few lbs.

    Why is that? With a good clean diet and a low bf these compounds would do wonders. Can you please tell me why you think this is not a good combo. Thanks

    Aids ?, its been 3 years and I weigh 164lbs now and at my highest point weighed 215, which would mean im down 51lbs from my highest point in over 3 years. This is by far the dumbest remark of the day.

    No, the "dumbest" remark is everything you have said up til now. You clearly have no concept of dieting, working out, or AAS usage. You are nothing more then a statistic for when "AAS Goes bad"

    so how about everyone chill out with the flaming.

    MikeV, if you haven't cycled or even lifted in a few years, I'd suggest you get back to lifting naturally for a while first.

    Build back up some muscle through training/diet and sacrifice,

    Then, think about a cycle.

    In the meantime, research better cycles options here.

    I know plenty about AS and everything that comes with it, did not come here for help, so far the only mature response came from Machine5150. Its kind of sad because some people do come on this site for help and this is how people act. I just refuse to get in a pissing match with a bunch of degenerates that enjoy being tuff over the net.
