So I've been on GH for almost 8 days so far at 8 units per day. 4 units in the am and 4 in the pm. My question is, when I get the desired body fat percentage I want should I stop using GH and maintain what I have with cardio and dieting or just lower the GH dosage and continue with it for a lil bit longer? Would be better If I save the rest of it but whats the better option?
