got talking to someone in the gym and they reckon i need to take hcg 5000ius split over 16 day aswell as my nolva and clomid,is this true?

Depends. How long was the cycle? Compounds used? HCG stimulation would be wise at some point but answer those as your post is a bit vague.

Do the 5000 IUs spread out for a couple weeks BEFORE PCT, instead.

Pct 2 weeks after last inj so that would fit in quite tidy.

Sorry for keeping on but do i really need it?ive done 2 previous cycles of test e and used clomid/nolva pct and i seem ok,no bloodwork done but,i seem to be fine.im 23.
